Warranty & returns

1-year manufacturer’s warranty

Despite multi-stage quality control, we make mistakes too. That’s why we give a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty on our work.

We can’t guarantee that every repair succeeds – even a car mechanic can’t fix every car problem. But we will certainly find a solution, also thanks to our stock of hundreds of different pans.

14-day right of return

Stock items may be returned unused within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us first, as described under “Procedure”.

Is that normal?

Recoated is sometimes different from new. Most marks are normal and only look different from what you’re used to. If something really went wrong, it’s a warranty case. Imperfect but still usable? We say yes. Do you? A 1-year warranty is included.

Due to the process, metals turn slightly brass-coloured.

Concave bases prevent rocking when heated – even on new pans.

Deep dents in the base material remain, but the coating lasts just as long.

Not pretty, but no problem for function or health.

Slight rocking is normal and no problem, especially on induction or gas.

Still usable: material from the pan’s first life has expanded.
