Recoating gastro trays and GN trays
Non-stick trays from combi steamers lose their coating faster than anyone would like – and new original trays are expensive. We recoat them.
Combi steamer trays as good as new
We recoat GN trays, perforated trays, grill grates and baking trays, for example from Rational or Rieber appliances, in the common Gastronorm sizes. The old coating is removed completely; the new three-layer coating in professional kitchen quality is PFOA-free and applied regionally in Winterthur.
