1 year manufacturer’s warranty

Despite multi-stage quality controls, even we can make mistakes. That’s why we offer a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty on our work.

In general, we cannot guarantee a revision. – e.g. even a car mechanic cannot solve every car problem. BUT we will certainly find a solution, also thanks to our stock of hundreds of different pans.

14 days right of return

Goods in stock may be returned unused within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us first as described below.

Is that normal?

Newly coated is sometimes different from new. Here we determine how we deal with it:

  • This is normal and only visually different than usual
  • Something went wrong here - this is a warranty case
  • Imperfect but still usable? We say: Yes. You too? A 1-year guarantee is included.

Return policy

If something does go wrong, we can carry out repairs, initiate partial refunds or offer replacements.

However, the following are excluded:

  • Normal results listed above
  • Damage due to improper use – e.g. metal insert or overheating
  • Or normal wear and tear – e.g. fine signs of use in the coating
  • Vouchers
  • Second choice pans with the address “cheap pans”

    Procedure

    1. Please inform us in writing with good detailed photos before you send in the goods.
    2. Send us the goods to:

    3. We can assess the situation after receipt at the latest.
    4. We then repair or suggest other solutions.

    We share the costs for the outward and return postage. Please send it to us and we will pay the return postage.
